Faculty & Instructor Support
- Provide one-on-one consultations for faculty and graduate students using eLC and integrated digital learning tools.
- Respond to help desk requests, phone calls, and emails regarding eLC and other centrally supported learning technologies (e.g., Perusall, Turnitin, Respondus Monitor, etc.).
- Assist instructors in designing and organizing course content in eLC, ensuring effective course structure, navigation, and engagement strategies.

Training & Documentation
- Contribute to the help.elc.uga.edu support site by updating documentation, guides, and resources on a regular basis.
- Develop and maintain step-by-step guides, slide decks, and video tutorials for faculty and graduate students.
- Assist in developing and moderating workshops or webinars on eLC and other UGA learning technologies.

- Assist with faculty learning initiatives, digital pedagogy research, and learning technology pilots.

- Test new eLC features, integrations, and tool updates as assigned, documenting any issues.
- Participate in user experience testing for learning technologies and recommend improvements.
