*Description*
* In this role reporting to the SR Project Manager, Finance PMO you will help manage key Finance projects. * Project coordinator responsibilities include the coordination of all aspects of projects: assisting with developing work plans, tracking task status, RAID log and summarizing progress of projects. You will also assist in the preparation of portfolio, program, and project dashboards to keep all informed and updated. * You will support project management practices to drive effective, efficient, high-quality delivery that consistently meets or exceeds the expectations of the business * This position requires relationship management and collaboration across the PMO, working with global teams across functions. * Must be able to understand and articulate the established project management governance, processes, templates etc. utilizing the Smartsheet platform to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution. * Excellent communication skills with strong experience in supporting project managers is essential. * This is a business focused role - the individual will not be leading a technical team but will focus on supporting the accountability of business team tasks.\ * This is hybrid remote / onsite role with the expectation to balance being in the San Diego office to collaborate with team members. Occasional travel to other domestic and international offices may also be required. Additionally, this role will require flexibility to meet with global teams in different time-zones on a regular basis. *Skills* smartsheet, Excel, Microsoft office, Project management, finance, Project coordination, Agile PM, Effective Communication *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
