Applicants must reside in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Texas or ColoradoSUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The FIU Analyst/Fraud is responsible for managing daily tasks associated with FIU protocols to ensure all regulatory expectations are met and fraud losses are minimized to the extent reasonable possible. Responsibilities include the identification of unusual and/or potentially fraudulent activity, the management of the associated alerts, and the investigation and reporting of internal and external financial crimes against the bank. Essential functions can vary based on specific duties assigned. It is the policy of SouthState Bank to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, and the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other related anti-money laundering/ anti-terrorist financing initiatives. The Bank has established a Bank Secrecy Act/ Anti-Money Laundering/Office of Foreign Assets Control (BSA/AML/OFAC) Compliance Program, covering all requirements of the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act and OFAC rules and regulations.Upon completion of required training, the Board of Directors of SouthState Bank shall hold each employee accountable for adhering to the established operating procedures and internal controls as set forth in the Bank's BSA/AML/OFAC Program. TRAVEL Travel may be required for attendance at meetings as needed. In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $46,330.51 - $74,009.46 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
