*GREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED* *SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY, FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 8AM-6PM (8 HOUR SHIFT) + MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER SATURDAY * *OVERTIME IS AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE PAID TIME AND A HALF!* *PAY RATE: $18/HR* *OVERTIME RATE: $27/HR* *ON SITE: NORWALK, CT * *Qualifications:* * 2 years of office experience/customer service experience * Ability to manage inbound phone calls * Microsoft Office proficient * Self starter * Excellent communication skills *Responsibilities: * As a Customer Service Representative at this organization, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Your primary duties will include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers. * Promoting and upselling services and products to drive business growth. * Providing detailed information about our services and educating customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors. * Closing sales by processing credit card payments over the phone. * Accurately entering customer information into our database. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
