Could you be the full-time EPU Manager we're looking for?

Your future role Take on a new challenge and bring your leadership and manufacturing expertise to a dynamic production environment. You'll lead a team of dedicated operators and collaborate with innovative, driven colleagues. In this role, you will oversee all manufacturing activities within our Elementary Production Unit (EPU), ensuring that production goals are met while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.

We'll look to you for:



  • Directly supervising operators and managing all manufacturing activities for our projects.
  • Collaborating on supply chain setup, validating quality plans, and directing industrialization activities.
  • Managing requests for the training and qualification of operators, hiring, and subcontracting.
  • Leading the preparation and finalization of manufacturing processes within the EPU.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
  • Proven leadership competencies with experience managing teams or groups of supervisors.
  • Strong understanding of industrial management, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
