Procore is seeking a Group Product Manager, Identity & Access Management to advance our mission of connecting everyone in construction on a global platform. In this role, you'll leverage the power of the Procore Platform to develop and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access for all users. Successful candidates have experience building scalable IAM products, ideally within the construction technology sector.

This position will report to our VP of Product and will be based out of our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Define and Execute IAM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Procore's IAM solutions, focusing on secure and seamless user access.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with PM, Engineering, Security, and UX teams to design and deliver IAM features that meet user needs and comply with industry standards.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in IAM to inform product development.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of IAM solutions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer by incorporating user feedback into product development to enhance user experience and satisfaction.

  • IAM Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee relationships with key product and service providers, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Identity and Access

  • Proven ability to mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Demonstrates expertise in customer problem spaces, engages directly with users, and synthesizes feedback into actionable product improvements.

  • Makes informed, defensible decisions, navigates ambiguity, and provides clear direction in high-pressure situations.

  • Builds strong relationships with engineering, design, sales, and leadership to align priorities and drive product success.

  • Guides teams in validating product ideas, leveraging discovery techniques and market insights to drive innovation.

  • Leads feature releases, adoption strategies, and customer enablement to ensure successful product launches.

  • Defines and tracks key metrics and success criteria, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $198,240 - $272,580. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
