POSITION: Finishing Technician STATUS: Non-Exempt (hourly)
REPORTS TO: Line Lead/ General Manager DATE REVISED: 2025 DIRECT REPORTS: None LOCATION: Mukwonago, WI POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Team Leader/General Manager, a Finishing Technician requires manual dexterity and is responsible for grinding, honing, lapping manufactured parts to remove excess materials or burrs from internal or external surfaces.
