Your Role With Us:Maintain proficiency in all aspects of 340B and pharmaceutical purchasing; Maintains various data sets related to 340B.Participates in self audits, external audits and government audits; Performs self-audits of qualifications within 340B software.Organizes and prioritizes workload to ensure efficiency and accuracy; Assists in training new staff. Keeps current with changes and learns new procedures in a timely manner. One (1) year of 340B experience preferred.Understands and applies knowledge of infection control practices and proper body mechanics.Exhibits excellent communication skills (verbal and listening) and teamwork skills; Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively interact with technology; Ability to work under potentially stressful or emergent situations. Must have legible handwriting; Must be able to accurately type 30 wpm. Must be capable of medium work, including some lifting, bending and stooping; must be able to walk extended distances, use the stairs and remain standing for prolonged time periods.Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
