The Fleet Business Relations Key Account Specialist is responsible for all operational activities within Fleet, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure that Stellantis' largest key fleet account orders are built and delivered according to contractual obligations. The Key Account Specialist will work closely with internal departments within Fleet, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance in all facets to ensure Order-To-Delivery (OTD) and Preferred Shipping Periods (PSP) are adhered to per contractual obligations with Fleet customers. They will also work directly with key large fleet accounts to ensure customer needs are being addressed. This is a critical customer facing role supporting customer retention and sales growth objectives. It is a developmental position with enterprise wide responsibilities and visibility. Duties include:
