What You'll Do:

As an Event Staff Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in guest services, safety, and crowd management. Your responsibilities will include:

* Usher & Guest Services: Greet fans, scan tickets, and help them find their seats. Provide directions and answer questions to enhance their experience.
* Crowd Management: Direct foot traffic, manage lines, and ensure walkways remain clear for a smooth event flow.
* Safety Support: Monitor assigned areas, follow event protocols, and report any concerns promptly.
* Assist with Venue Policies: Enforce event guidelines while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

What We're Looking For:

* Customer Service Mindset - A friendly, professional and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
