Job Summary

Manager of ACT EMS Sales Support team.

Essential Functions

  • Manage, mentor, & coach EMS Sales Support Team
  • Lead the team of 4 Sales Support Representatives (SSR) to grow revenue alongside the EMS team
  • Work with leadership to define expectations and performance objectives for the SSR's
  • Deliver goals and set expectations with your team. Monitor performance and give feedback to direct reports and own the results of the team
  • Coach and develop direct reports, enabling them to be successful in their roles and groom them for future sales roles
  • Set up training and mentoring to grow team
  • Create culture of success that consistently delivers against objectives and delights customers
  • Communicate and incent to drive performance (in line with incentive structure)
  • Define and optimize customer journey through selling the use of ZOLL's entire EMS portfolio
  • Gain leads fro TMs to follow up with by cold calling EMS customers
  • Sell Consumables and accessories to existing and new ZOLL customers as well as exploring new opportunities with competitive accounts
  • Increase consumable market share
  • Increase software and solutions market share
  • Work with customers to optimze their ZOLL portfolio of products for the best possible clinical and operational outcomes
  • Create standard presentation materials to report on team performance and customer sentiment
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Find ways for SSRs to deeply understand our customers' objectives and become a trusted right-hand advisor
  • Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered
  • Drive alignment with Renewals & Expansion of Sales
  • Handoff leads and opportunities to TMs when SSR uncovers during the course of SSR business.
  • Work with Sales to determine SSR involvement during sales cycle
  • Support TMs in sales efforts as requested
  • Lead cross-functionally to drive customer success

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years managing account managers or similar role in EMS or medical industry required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good Leadership skills
  • Strategic planning ability
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive positioning strategies

The base salary range for this position is $80K-$100K annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
