Land Development Designer

The Cary, NC office is seeking a full-time Land Development Designer for our office. The Designer will provide CAD design support for commercial, residential, and/or institutional land development projects. The most frequent and essential work activities include:

Provide technical support for land development and utility projects.
• Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, and designers.
• Utilize CAD software (either AutoCAD or MicroStation/InRoads/OpenRoads) to prepare drawings.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented.
• Complete project tasks within deadlines and work within allotted project budgets.

• 3 to 7 years of civil/site related work experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient in MicroStation/InRoads/OpenRoads or AutoCAD/Civil3D
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver's license prior to employment-preferre
