The Product Manager, NPWT Portfolio position is responsible for overseeing the downstream commercial execution of brand plan strategies and tactics across the negative pressure portfolio in the Acute Care and Post-Acute Care settings, including direct support of promotional campaigns, trade show and conference events, digital media initiatives, customer engagement and medical education programs, sales training and meetings, and other events as needed. In partnership with the product management team, this role will support each brands' drive to growth and profitability of the NPWT portfolio. The success of this role hinges on strong cross-functional team leadership capabilities. What will you be doing?
Develop an integrated portfolio communication plan crafted to drive brand awareness, adoption and demand; implement communication plan to engage field sales force, improve messaging, and increase utilization; analyze and report on plan performance by reviewing sales and media metrics. Develop and drive the digital media strategy to build portfolio awareness and demand with relevant audiences, including launching new portfolio campaigns via media tactics and messaging. Collaborate with marketing communications, events team, upstream marketing, clinical, medical education, sales training, sales leadership, market access, and other cross-functional partners to execute strategic portfolio initiatives. Manage the portfolio's website presence, including product microsites, by coordinating, creating, and maintaining content. Manage, coordinate, and lead the NPWT portfolio presence at national conferences, trade shows, medical education, and sales training events. Support the Brand Product Managers in execution of new product launches including asset creation, training development, medical education planning, forecasting and commercialization deliverables. Develop an enhanced messaging framework that incorporates the breadth of the NPWT acute care and post-acute care markets, across multiple wound care specialties and customer personas. Manage the Allego sales enablement platform to optimize access to marketing collaterals, sales training tools, and portfolio communications. SupportSales Training Team todevelop and execute short term tactical plans for ongoing training and development of knowledge. Work with Promotional Review Committee (PRC) to approve new materials. Manage related agency and/or vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets. Managing brand budget within the scope of the brand plan.
What will you need to be successful?
BA/BS,BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. 3+ years of work experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related fields. 3+ years of Marketing experience in Medical Device or Healthcare preferred. Travel: 25% minimum
