Trainer II-Revenue Cycle Firstsource seeks a result-drivenRevenue Cycle Level II Training Specialistto plan engaging and effective employee training programs.You will research the staff's current performance and competency levels, as well as those of training specialists and other staff members, and identify gaps and deficiencies in the company's existing training programs. Using the results of such analyses, you will devise adequate training workshops that target individual and collective development needs. We expect you to collaborate with course instructors to prepare learning materials and ensure they are consistently relevant. In this role, you will regularly analyze the efficiency of coaching sessions to introduce necessary improvements and high-quality, digitally driven training tools and methods.You will also be expected to mentor new trainers by helping them to develop their instructional skills and expertise. You will guide course attendees after they complete the course. Additional duties may include tracking performance metrics concerning the employees' and trainers' development, researching the best training and development methodologies, and updating curricula to match the changes in the organizational objectives. Responsibilities:
- Foster positive working relationships with various teams to facilitate a cohesive training approach.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Conduct training presentations and facilitate instructions.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to team members and management up to Director
- Assess training needs and performance gaps by class and/or individual
- Measure learners' progress against established development standards and learning milestones
- Collaborate with instructors and other training staff members to refine training courses and introduce online learning modules and applications
- Identify and eliminate barriers to training effectiveness throughout the training value chain.
- Support the creation of practical course objectives and content, ensuring the delivery according to the objectives
- Ensure the effectiveness of training materials and programs
- Ensure training is administered according to best practice with accurate content
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure additional error-based training support where required
- Research leading employee development trends and techniques and oversee their implementation into the learning programs within the company
- Participate in product/service development projects to determine the training needs of users, sales teams, and external partners
- Supervise the creation of detailed and accurate progress reports and ensure both training participants and management receive them in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- Multi-EHR experience, including EPIC, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with demonstrated deep domain knowledge, including a diverse range of workflow systems
- Proven experience in training for a minimum of three (3) years
- Certification from talent and training associations a plus
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training platforms (ex, Articulate 360 applications) is a plus
- Experience with the development of training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and assessments
