Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Documentation Specialist with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC This is a 3+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced documentation Review and analyze tactical Business Execution assignments requiring research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives Document new processes, develop step-by-step procedures, and update existing processes to reflect new industry language standards Ensure all documentation aligns with current industry terminology and compliance standards Create job aids and knowledge checks that test user understanding and practical application of the documented procedures Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and product managers to gather necessary information and present draft and final documentation for approval Present recommendations to resolve low to moderately complex process challenges and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide process and documentation guidance to internal Business Execution teams Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, training, military service, or education Proven experience writing instruction manuals, how-to guides, or process documentation, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, understandable formats for end users Strong communication and writing skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word Experience creating visual process aids and other user-friendly reference materials Experience working within Payments Operations or Financial Services Familiarity with process flow tools (note: process flows cannot contain images) Exposure to Power Apps or similar tools Ability to present complex information visually using PowerPoint Pay Range: $37-47 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
