Our locally recognized end client is in need of a Maintenance Service Supervisor for an ONSITE CONTRACT
opportunity. This is a full time (40 hour per week) position which requires the ability to work first shift 7 AM-4 PM, M-F, could go longer or turn into a permanent position, and pays a RANGE
of $30-34/hr W2.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Overseeing all facilities maintenance for end client's headquarters to include handling all work orders for repair and maintenance requests.
  • Assisting with all facility/maintenance contractor oversight.



What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • High School diploma REQUIRED.
  • Minimum of 5 years maintenance related/building services work REQUIRED.
  • Previous experience serving as first contact point for maintenance service and/or repairs in the building, not limited to HVAC, painting, carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, office furniture, doors, and security REQUIRED.
