Department's Website: Key Responsibilities 1. Grant Compliance and Management: oEnsure that grant activities comply with regulatory, legal, and financial requirements. oDevelop and maintain a calendar of grant deadlines, ensuring timely submission of applications, progress reports, and financial reports. oCollaborate with finance and program teams to monitor budgets, expenditures, and adherence to grant agreements. 2.Project Tracking and Reporting: oTrack and document grant project activities and outcomes, ensuring that program goals are met according to timelines. oPrepare and submit accurate progress, financial, and final reports to funders as required by grant agreements. oMaintain records of all grant documentation, including applications, reports, budgets, and communications with funders. 3.Relationship Management: oServe as the main point of contact for funder, handling all communication and relationship management. oBuild and maintain positive relationships with funding agency, including responding to requests for information and providing updates on grant activities. oCollaborate with internal teams to foster understanding and support for grant objectives across the project teams. oEvaluate current grant processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
