Job Summary

The Facility Supervisor is a primary contributor in the evaluation, tracking, and assignment of all work space across the Altice footprint, serving as the main point of contact across all business units. This role is onsite for 5 days at our Bethpage location.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains complete records for all Altice facilities, researching and tracking all corporate space occupancies and vacancies for new hires and existing employees
  • Serves as single point of contact for facilities space management, allocation and move management
  • Works closely with Design & Construction team members to update and upload new or revised CAD drawings to space management systems
  • Partners with Facilities Management leadership to ensure all corporate spaces meet company standards and space policies
  • Reviews and responds to customer move requests, dispatching pertinent data to Facilities, IT, and 3rd party vendor personnel
  • Assists Construction and Design team, Facilities Management leadership, and Business Planning with budgeting and forecasting space allocation functions by providing analytical and administrative support during each forecast
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a space management and/or facilities planning role
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze space management reports, spreadsheets and metrics
  • Technical proficiency with Office 365/Google Docs, particularly Excel. Experience with MS Access preferred
  • Technical proficiency and previous experience with AutoCAD
  • Previous experience with customers or internal clients, with exemplary customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data and business plans

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $59,007.00-$80,000/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
