We are looking for a Plant Quality Manager at our Frankfort, Indiana facility. The Quality Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and will directly supervise 2 Quality Engineer and 4 Quality Technician employees. The Quality Manager ensures a safe work environment, drives quality improvements, develops a qualified workforce, reduces operating costs, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvements. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field or 3 - 5 years' experience in quality related field with experience in automotive manufacturing and IATF 16949 standards. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
