Step into a leadership role as Manager, Provider Accounts at Bright Horizons, where you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of assigned providers and engaging with key partners to ensure partners are delivering on quality targets in addition to keeping up with customer demand. Creating strong relationships with partners as well as understanding aright Horizons business objects are critical for success.

Responsibilities:

How do you know if you're the right candidate?

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationship with assigned providers

  • Negotiate provider rates with support from supervisor

  • Maintain good working knowledge of markets assigned

  • Leverage data to identify targeted areas that require action to correct quality or capacity issues

  • Monitor key success metrics in assigned markets and report results regularly to supervisor

  • Notify supervisor regularly of specific locations or providers who present risk to the program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Account management, vendor management or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent phone manner

  • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Negotiation experience preferred

  • Previous experience in a results-driven role require.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $55,000 - 57,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
