Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Site Director, PACE

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: Onsite at Sentara PACE Churchland in Portsmouth, VA

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Position Summary:

Provides leadership and management direction for PACE Program site, including transportation, housing, budget, data collection and reporting. Supervises staff; develops and manages operating and capital budgets; develops, communicates implements, and monitors goals, objectives and strategic planning for the facility; establishes and monitors a system for tracking all customer service activities. Builds positive relations with program participants, family members, physicians and community.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Level Degree in Health Care Management and/or Administration required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population
  • 5 years Management experience required

PACE specific incumbents for this position require a minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population. College graduate of equivalent experience in Health Care Management and/or Administration required.
