Join us as a Senior Manager of Consulting Services and help shape the future of our rapidly growing team! Our soaring customer demand has highlighted the need for strong leadership and strategic direction. This role will empower our consultants to thrive under pressure, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and provide the clarity and guidance our team needs to excel. Your leadership will be key to driving success and securing a brighter future for our consulting services.

This role may be worked remotely within the U.S.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Through engagements completed by staff consultants, oversees the development and implementation of detailed systems solutions for customers using company products or proprietary tools/techniques.
  • Oversees the completion of problem identification, process improvement development, hardware/software specifications and/or design, implementation, testing, customer training and solution deployment.
  • Provides both management and technical leadership.
  • Utilizes project management tools to estimate projects and monitor planning and progress.
  • Reviews completed proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction prior to presentation to customer.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience doing business consulting within the software industry.
  • Previous Manager or Team Lead leadership experience.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% for meetings, trainings or conferences.

  • Ability to deliver presentations to senior and executive leadership.
  • Experience engaging customers directly.
  • Senior-level leadership, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Senior-level communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Able to match company products as solutions to customer's issues.
  • Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
