Team Supervisor - Steiner Kelting Crisis IRTS People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Team Supervisor to help lead our team at Steiner Kelting Crisis IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) program in the Twin Cities Metro Area. Strategically located in Chaska, MN our community-based programs provide critical mental health support to all individuals. We are committed making a meaningful impact across this region. This program integrates mental health, medical, and substance use care in an inpatient, 24-hour, supervised setting. These services help individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis or have acute mental health symptoms. This position is responsible for creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment to ensure coordination of quality program services, and the supervision and engagement of assigned staff. This role will also provide direct client care as outlined by program needs which include developing therapeutic alliances, conducting comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning as needed. Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm Location: Steiner Kelting Crisis IRTS: 9120 Shady Oak Dr Chaska, MN 55318 Hiring Range: $63,263 - $67,388 depending on qualifications and experience, plus $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates.
