Here's what you'd do:

  • We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team.
  • As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process, ensuring that the team is following the principles of Agile and Scrum, and removing impediments to progress.
  • You will work closely with the development team, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
  • This individual will be needed to assist with facilitating the Agile development process by leading formal planning, tracking/ task management and execution of work.
  • Additionally assists with capacity planning and preparation for Wall Walks (formal reviews sharing planned work for upcoming/next Increment).

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: $82.14/Hour.
  • Hours: 4/10
  • Length: Temp (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile metrics and reporting and how to use them to measure team performance and progress.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development life cycles and processes
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Agile-Hive project management tools, specifically, JIRA.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts and impediments.
