Maintenance Technician

Location: True Light Haven located Atlanta, GA

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with 3+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of residential units, common areas, and building systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical fixtures

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests from residents

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance

• Repair drywall, painting, and basic carpentry tasks

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in apartment or residential properties

• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Availability for on-call or emergency repairs as required

Preferred:

• HVAC certification

• EPA certification

• Experience with work order systems
