What You'll do:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of airside and landside aviation projects throughout Florida.

  • Serve as Project Manager, ensuring successful project delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with FAA, FDOT, and TSA regulations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Florida airport authorities, aviation agencies, and industry partners.

  • Play a key role in business development, including the Go/No-Go decision-making process and strategic pursuit planning.

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight on aviation infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, terminals, and support facilities.

  • Coordinate public engagement and agency approvals to streamline project implementation.

  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.

  • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license is a requirement.

  • 15+ years of experience in airport airside, landside, and infrastructure projects, including knowledge of FAA, TSA, and FDOT regulations.

  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation, with a proven ability to manage project schedules, teams, and subconsultants.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in aviation infrastructure.
