SC Planner I will follow hybrid schedule: Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Support the seasonal and monthly planning process utilizing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Support weekly cross-functional execution meetings, develop and present key metrics including inbound, outbound, DF Fullness, and inventory health.
  • Work closely to ensure proper product flow for promotional and seasonal items, early buy plans, and strategy changes.
  • Analyze and make recommendations on product flow.
  • Collaborate with Distribution and Logistics to identify issues and resolutions for shifting product demand, identification of capacity constraints and continuous improvement.
  • Investigate replenishment concerns across the supply chain.
  • Track DF inventory growth/fullness. Lead collaborative efforts on appropriate action to reduce inventory.
  • Identification of systemic capacity constraints that require capital investment.
  • Create and provide insights on inventory projections and DOS to leadership, to support strategic inventory management decisions.
  • Drive Supply Chain Cost Savings by identifying and resolving non-value added costs and processes.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to create relevant analytical reports and dashboards utilizing self-service business intelligence tools (SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI, PowerPivot, Etc).
  • Apply quantitative/technical methods, data mining, modeling, and analytical tools to solve complex business problems.
  • Proficient in a wide range and application of analytical, quantitative, and statistical techniques and tools to derive insights from large, complex data environments solving complex and ambiguous business problems in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of business associates.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work with speed and accuracy. Skilled in supply planning and ERP systems, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent retail experience preferred.

  • Combined 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory, supply chain operations or vendor performance management.

  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inside the retail industry segment preferred.

  • Knowledgeable of LEAN Six Sigma principles and standard project management processes preferred.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and expertise that inspires confidence in teams.

  • Office computer skills; able to learn company systems and tools, preference for Microsoft application experience.

  • Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, primarily MS Excel. Successful candidates will have a strong curiosity to exploring new data sources and tools. Previous SQL or other coding experience a plus.
