Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


Responsibilities for this Position

General Dynamics Mission Systems, IT Cybersecurity Team - Identity and Access Management is looking for a highly motivated, self starter to join our SailPoint team. This position provides an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's core defense/intelligence services and systems. Individual will be part of a team that is responsible for managing SailPoint Identity IQ and SailPoint File Access Manager. These applications help the organization meet regulatory requirements by performing compliance audits and increase productivity by reducing the time spent on diagnostics, forensic analysis and Identity & Data management tasks.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Assist with building out engineering, development and operational support with the adoption of next generation IAM solutions
  • Experience implementing modern authentication solutions leveraging standard protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC
  • Engage in the review and design of new IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized
  • Ensure IT solutions meet requirements for security, availability, capacity, resiliency, and performance in a way that is efficient and supportable, reducing overall support costs
  • Maintains effective partnerships with teams, vendors, managers, leaders, and stakeholders
  • Understanding of data sensitivity and access permissions to be able to perform forensic analysis leveraging FAM.
  • Should have experience with server infrastructure and expertise in vulnerability patching and remediation.
  • Understand business needs and recommend technology solutions

Required Skills and Experiences

  • Engineering experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space
  • Hands-on engineering experience with the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform deployed on-premise and in the cloud
  • Must have experience implementing identity and access management/governance business rules in SailPoint IIQ including access approval workflows
  • Experience using IdentityIQ to develop customized workflows, forms, rules, and certifications to manage, administer, and govern enterprise identities and access
  • Experience with IdentityIQ system upgrades and patches in an on-premise deployment
  • Experience setting up a variety of roles/certifications using IdentityIQ such as Business Owner Certifications, Manager Certifications, Role Membership/Content Certifications
  • Experience creating custom reporting directly against the IIQ database using the built-in reporting and compliance module
  • Experience deploying and managing a wide range of technologies/components/tools that support web applications to include: Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Oracle, Apache Tomcat, web services (REST & SOAP)
  • Ability to communicate with customers at all levels of management and deliver informative, well-organized presentations
  • Ability to listen and understand the customer's business goals, objectives and priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions
  • Ability to manage customer expectations effectively
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical and business stakeholders


Target salary range: USD $109,131.00/Yr. - USD $118,084.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
