Building Service Coordinator- Austin, TX

Primary Responsibilities:

• Positions in this function are responsible for any of the following areas:
• Facilities planning and coordination (incl building services and building engineering), security, drivers, building operations (electrical, mechanical, alarms and monitors), and warehousing operations.
• This function may also include HVAC Technicians requiring certfications as well as Data Center Technicans and Engineers. General Job Profile - Moderate work experience within own function.
• Some work is completed without established procedures.
• Basic tasks are completed without review by others.
• Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks. Job Scope and Guidelines - Applies knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day.
• Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function
