Job Title: Senior Fraud Manager Location: OR - Beaverton What you'll do: Digital Disbursements (DD) is a fintech company, led by a team with deep industry experience and a strong track record of value creation. We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven product-market fit. We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. In this position, you will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and work directly with the CEO, President, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Director of Operations, Operations team, Data Scientist, CTO, and Technology team. Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of work experience in payments, banking, fraud detection, identity verification, and/or threat detection Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make well-informed decisions - displaying both high IQ and EQ Does not tolerate the status quo Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate Self-starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution Willingness to roll sleeves up Advanced knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and PowerBI. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience analyzing / summarizing large data sets Interest and passion for fintech a plus What you'll need: Work with CEO, President, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Director of Operations and Operations team to execute fraud analyses and continue the evolution of fraud tools including Communicate with clients regarding fraud analyses. Execute and manage fraud screening responsibilities. Collaborate with CEO, Director of Strategic Partnerships, CTO, and Data Scientist on continued evolution of fraud tools. Attend industry meetings and conferences when applicable Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions Ability to travel up to 5% of time Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $169,000.00 - $175,000.00 for Los Angeles, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
