Sales Associate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and validate RFQ commercial requirements, and ensure quoted price and lead-time align with requirements.
• Provide quotes for multiple sales channels and remain a point of contact for opportunities throughout entire sales lifecycle.
• Process new orders or changes to existing orders, and ensure all change requests are documented correctly. Includes approval for products, services, and RMA as needed.
• Perform data entry in Salesforce and ERP system and ensure data integrity.
• Create, maintain and submit internal or external forms as needed (e.g. quality, certifications, supplier profiles, customer surveys, etc.)
• Assist in areas including but not limited to: costing, analyses, process improvement, and other special projects assigned by management
• Adhere to company policies, quality processes, training, and safety standards

EXPERIENCE

• Customer service: 1-2 years (Required)
• Data Entry: 1-2 years (Required)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

EDUCATION

• BA/BS degree in relevant field
• Successful work experience in sales, customer service, or similar position
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
