Here's what you'd do:

  • Drives and supports Business Excellence activities to improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility continuously.
  • Drives and supports analysis of strengths and weak points of current business, identifies improvement areas, and supports coordinated target setting across functions.
  • Drives and supports cross-functional implementation of Business Excellence approaches, according to BE Toolbox methods and tools, and provides coaching and training in their application.
  • Contributes to further development of methods and tools of the BE Toolbox and related guidelines as a subject matter expert.
  • Facilitates best practice sharing in the responsible organizational unit and beyond.
  • Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication.
  • Needs professional technological, economic, or scientific know-how, methods, tools, and principles and applies to various situations.
  • Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, contribute to projects or assignments or support developing guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes.
  • These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, thus contributing to team results.
  • Positions focusing on analyzing, developing, testing, or implementing processes, technologies, and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles.
  • Targets are short to medium-term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.
  • They provide functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.
  • Develop basic business understanding.
  • Contributes to team effort and awareness of expected value added.
  • Improve processes, business methods, or technical components.
  • The candidate is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Analyst to join our team.
  • This role will be critical in supporting our efforts to improve process efficiency, data quality, and overall business performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps and documentation to illustrate current state processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes clearly and concisely.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of risk or opportunities within existing processes and recommend and implement actionable solutions to the business and partner within the region and globally to address identified issues.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining data quality standards and best practices.
  • Monitor data integrity and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Apply a solid understanding of SAP and Salesforce to analyze processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Work closely with IT and relevant departments to support the integration and optimization of these systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes, tools, and systems, ensuring smooth transitions during process changes.
  • Assist in change management initiatives by communicating process changes effectively and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements for new projects and process improvements.
  • Ensure that business requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with organizational goals.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30.00 / hr.

Hours: 25 hrs/Week. (1st shift).

Length: Contract (7 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in change management and training delivery.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master Entry.
  • Good technical field or business method knowledge, including the essential theoretical background.
  • Good background in process mapping, documentation, and analysis, along with advanced skills and a solid understanding of SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Good understanding of SAP and Salesforce platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Efficiently learns and applies new skills and knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
