The Position
The Opportunity The Immunology (Rheumatology/Nephrology) Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a credible field medical partner responsible for providing clinical, scientific and other relevant information related to rheumatology & nephrology disease states and the appropriate utilization of Genentech Immunology-related approved medicines. This field-based position will engage with healthcare providers, clinical investigators & study staff, therapeutic area experts (TAEs), population health decision makers, and patient thought leaders within their region(s), to further patient outcomes. In collaboration with home office and regional partners, Immunology MSLs are accountable for comprehensive activities focused on appropriate use of Genentech medicines, support of successful clinical development programs including, clinical trial recruitment and retention activities, competitive intelligence, Congress support, professional society engagement, and therapeutic area (TA) landscaping. In addition, Immunology MSLs are responsible for supporting multiple pipeline medicines, engaging in broad clinical and scientific discussions and expertly delivering presentations, resulting in rich customer insights shared with key stakeholders across the organization. The expected salary range for this position is $157,100-291,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
