Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced installations and configurations of low voltage systems, including fire alarm systems, access control systems, security systems, surveillance cameras, intercoms, audio/visual systems, and network cabling
• Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and specifications to complete installations and service calls accurately
• Oversee and mentor Level One Technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies
• Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and inventory logs
• Maintain and update technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development
• Communicate effectively with clients as well as other staff members, such as Project Managers and Project Coordinator
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• All technicians in a company vehicle will be added to the company on-call rotation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in low voltage systems installation and maintenance
• Advanced knowledge of low voltage systems, including fire alarm, access, security, telecommunications, audio/visual, and data networks
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, tools, and work in various physical environments

• Relevant technical certification or associate degree is preferred.
