Description:
* Make an Impact! The Pharmacy Specialist- Regulatory Compliance 340B is responsible for maintaining compliance and consistency across the MLH system in regard to the 340b program. This role ensures compliance with 340B Program requirements for qualified patients, drugs, and locations. The Specialist maintains up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes. The candidate in this role has a to have a thorough understanding of the 340B Program and improve the overall efficiency, value, and internal support of the 340B Program. The Specialist also coordinates and oversees all 340B Program audits. The role will perform gross financial analysis and make recommendations to improve program performance. The role will also oversee all aspects of the inventory purchasing process for applicable pharmacies and have a thorough understanding of the split-billing/third party administrator (TPA) systems and the functions to be performed. * Develop and Grow your Career! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.
Position: Pharmacy Specialist- Regulatory Compliance 340B Shift: Full Time- Shift: Day- 8am-4:30pm- No weekends Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent training. Licensures & Certifications: Current Pennsylvania pharmacy license, in good standing with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy, required. Recent graduates and pharmacists eligible for reciprocity will be considered as long as licensure is complete before the end of the 90-day probationary period (with limited duties during this time). Completion of PGY-1 Residency preferred. Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or Specialty Practice preferred. Additional Information
