    1. GENERAL PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Badging and Access Analyst to assist with the badging and access control processes within our organization. As the Analyst, you will be responsible for providing reporting and analysis on key efforts as well as facilitating the issuance, maintenance, and deactivation of access cards, ensuring a secure and compliant environment. This role involves collaborating with various departments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.

    1. BASIC REQUIREMENTS A CANDIDATE MUST HAVE IN ORDER TO BE HIRED:

    Formal Education, Licenses and Certifications Required:

    • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
    • Must be able to meet and continue to meet requirements for specific skills, certifications or authorizations specified for the assigned accounts

    Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

    • Minimum 21 years of age

    Other:

    • Must possess the aptitude to acquire knowledge of networked access control and badging systems, video management systems and alarms
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft office suite of programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
    • Must have basic knowledge of creating reports, analyzing data and presenting recommendations

    • Previous experience in badging administration, access control, or a similar coordination role
    • Previous experience with Lenel OnGuard
    • Familiarity with corporate security practices and procedures
    1. PRIORITIZED SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Reporting on access control systems to identify trends and ensure compliance

    Regularly review existing Access levels, provide recommendations for enhancements, and collaborate with the MSOC staff to implement changes.

    3

    Generate and analyze reports on access control activities, presenting findings to senior management and recommending improvements.

    4

    Assist with the end-to-end badging process, including the issuance, replacement, and deactivation of access cards

    5

    Ensure all badging activities align with organizational security policies

    6

    Conduct regular audits of associate badges to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

    7

    Generate reports on access card status, usage, and any security incidents

    8

    Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in security regulations

    9

    Develop and implement badging standards and procedures for physical access control.

    10

    Ensure compliance with security standards and participate in audits related to badging and access control

    11

    Conduct training sessions for associates on badging procedures and security protocols

    12

    Provide guidance and support to employees during the badging process

    13

    Raise support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of identified issues

    1. DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:

    Independent:

    • Reporting and data analysis for process improvement and compliance
    • Investigate and identify issues with badging processes.
    • Raise support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of identified issues.

    Indirect:

    • Work closely with IT and security teams to manage physical and logical access to corporate facilities and systems.
    • Generate reports on access card status, usage, and any security incidents.
    • Training of new Site Security Managers on access control requirements
    • Provide guidance and support to employees during the badging process.
