Role: Senior Java Developer Location: Lake Mary, FL (Onsite) Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Senior Java Developer" to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Java 8, Java 11, and higher version. - Have a solid understanding of J2EE for enterprise-level applications. - Implement and maintain microservices architecture using Spring & Spring Boot. - Oversee the integration of various systems using MQ and Kafka. - Provide expertise in Mongo DB and Oracle to ensure efficient database management. - 6+ years of relevant experience. - Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions. - Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement. - Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise. - DevOps Knowledge: Candidates should have a strong understanding of DevOps practices, including the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines, automation of infrastructure, and system performance monitoring. * CI/CD pipeline Applications will be accepted until March 25th ,2025 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $63,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
