Job Summary Seeking an experienced Onsite Incident Manager to lead the technical incident management process in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. This role is designed for a professional who can efficiently drive incident resolution to closure while working within both utilitarian and agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban). The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background with proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow Responsibilities This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of critical incidents ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement of IT operations The candidate will leverage technical skills to analyze and resolve issues with focus on AEP while working collaboratively with cross functional teams in agile environments possibly looking also at other Adobe products such as AEM Analytics etc A potential candidate is someone coming from a marketing technology consulting background specifically in AEP who has the ability to also manage client facing services specifically around incident General Responsibilities * Incident Oversight Lead and coordinate the incident management process from detection to resolution ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently and comprehensively * Agile Framework Integration Work within Scrum and Kanban methodologies to maintain a proactive and responsive incident management process * Tool Utilization Utilize ADO and ServiceNow for effective tracking documentation and communication of incident status and resolution steps * Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with engineering DevOps and business teams to manage incident escalations and drive resolution to closure * Documentation Ensure all incident details resolutions and postmortem analyses including root cause analysis are thoroughly documented and accessible for continuous improvement Role Specific Qualifications and Skills * Technical Incident Management Expertise * Demonstrated experience in managing critical IT incidents in an onsite environment * Ability to analyze technical issues from Adobe Experience Platform AEP including components such as RealTime Customer Data Platform RTCDP Journey Optimizer and Data Collection services * Strong ability to drive Root Cause Analysis * Adobe Experience Platform AEP Analysis * Proficient in dissecting AEP data ingestion identity stitching and event forwarding challenges * Ability to analyze API interactions using tools such as Postman and Adobe Developer Console and to debug data flow issues via Adobe Data Collection logs * Familiarity with Adobes schema definitions and data pipeline configurations * Agile and Utilitarian Methodologies * Experience working in agile environments using Scrum and Kanban practices * Proven ability to integrate incident management practices within both structured utilitarian frameworks and agile operations * Monitoring Troubleshooting * Handson experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk Datadog Dynatrace or Adobe Monitoring tools to proactively identify and address performance anomalies * Competence in log analysis using scripting languages Python Shell and technical debugging via tools like Chrome DevTools * CrossFunctional Communication * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders * Proven experience in leading post incident reviews and ensuring corrective actions are implemented Additional Technical Skills * Knowledge of RESTful API troubleshooting JSON payload analysis and OAuth authentication processes * Familiarity with cloud infrastructures AWS Azure or GCP and related networking or CDN caching configurations are a plus * Basic scripting capabilities JavaScript Python for automating troubleshooting tasks and enhancing monitoring processes maybe beneficial * Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience with Adobe Customer Data Platforms and identity management solutions * Certifications related to Adobe products or ITIL incident management practices * A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement in IT operations
