serves as the initial introduction to Wesley communities. Promotes exceptional customer focus in interactions with residents, employees, vendors and visitors. Contact may be in person, phone or email. What you will do: Serve as the primary Front Desk team member during normal business hours. Cordially and professionally greets and direct residents, visitors, and team members via phone, in person and email. Become familiar with team members role and/or functions in order to properly route calls, emails and in-person inquiries. Establish and maintain professional relationships with residents, team members, visitors and vendors. Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies, organization of workroom and business machinery. Ability to view and coordinate meeting room activity, scheduling, publishing and disseminating related information as needed. Perform administrative support such as record management, reporting, mail distribution, invoicing, and database management. Assists in ensuring the safety of residents, team members, and visitors by identifying and reporting potential safety hazards to appropriate managerial staff. Reports on resident emergency responses (RER). What you'll need: Proficient use of multi-line telephone and ability to use of relay radio. Basic to intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Applications. Ability to operate general office equipment, i.e. copier, fax machine, laminator, etc. Ability to type accurately. Ability to handle frequent interruptions, working independently organizing, prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks to completion. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding residents and business matters. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with residents, family members and team members.Salary Range: $19.30 to $28.39 per hour |
