Job Overview:

This role will be reporting to the Sales Manager. The incumbent will represent Dosatron from an inside role in multiple markets, with distributors and end users alike. Must maintain and enhance the reputation and bottom line business vitality of the company through a continual communication with customers in order to provide outstanding customer support.
To exceed our customers' expectations by answering their questions, providing information and technical support and expediting their orders. Providing the best customer care possible through knowledge of our products and through the tools and training provided by Dosatron. To support the sales team with all transactions related to the marketplace.
The Inside Sales Representative is a key role for the Dosatron, Ingersoll Rand business located in Clearwater, Florida office.

Responsibilities:


  • Become established with current customers in a supportive sales role for all market segments. Work with, train and motivate distributor network (as appropriate) via phone.

  • Stimulate new sales in both units and parts by motivating existing clients and establishing new customers in horticulture, livestock and industrial applications. Seek out innovative ways to meet sales objectives including new markets for various product lines. Make certain that proper follow up at all levels is accomplished.

  • Market Development: Create the relationships necessary to increase penetration at existing accounts while understanding how to replicate this business in similar contexts in different geographic areas or different industries.

  • Be constantly alert for possible new markets and applications for the product line to review with sales team and make suggestions where appropriate.

  • Daily Sales Support duties: communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Provide technical support, e-mail or fax schematics and price lists, direct the customer to a distributor, provide general information about our products and take customer orders.

  • Quote and design more technical systems. Provide consistent follow-up and work closely with our sales force.

  • Enter new customers into the appropriate CRM database.

  • Keep CRM up to date, by entering new customer contact information, updating phone numbers, addresses, email. Add new contact information. Manage and maintain new opportunities inside CRM.

  • Collaboration: Dosatron is a small team of dedicated individuals. The Inside Sales Representative must integrate into the team and provide assistance wherever necessary. Collaboration with other members of the sales team is of paramount importance as a supportive role. Inside sales supports outside sales and also supports customer service by having a higher level of sales knowledge.

  • Include the timely updating of the existing customer relationship database in Clearwater with new data, changes etc.




Requirements:


  • 1+ years of general sales experience



Preferences:


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in sales distribution, manufacturing, irrigation

  • Experience with pumps sales
