Job Overview: This role will be reporting to the Sales Manager. The incumbent will represent Dosatron from an inside role in multiple markets, with distributors and end users alike. Must maintain and enhance the reputation and bottom line business vitality of the company through a continual communication with customers in order to provide outstanding customer support. To exceed our customers' expectations by answering their questions, providing information and technical support and expediting their orders. Providing the best customer care possible through knowledge of our products and through the tools and training provided by Dosatron. To support the sales team with all transactions related to the marketplace.
