We are looking for a Director of Finance Technology Transformation to innovate and enhance key technology enablers for our global Finance functions.

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
In this role you will collaborate with the Finance Function Transformation Leader, to drive a series of technology transformation initiatives, and align technology capabilities with business goals.
You will report to the Senior Director of Firm Stewardship Digital Transformation, collaborating closely with technology leaders and operating as part of the Firm Stewardship domain leadership group.
You'll initially reimagine key technology enablers to drive the digital transformation of our end-to-end client opportunity to cash (O2C) lifecycle- starting with client selection, client prioritization, and opportunity pipeline management, and moving on to other areas such as proposal management, pricing and engagement economics management.
You will be known for your strategic thinking skills, passion for transformation, thought partnership and drive for business value, strong product management, collaboration with multiple technology and business colleagues, and innovation to drive organizational impact. You will create impact by acting as a thought partner to the business on its continuing efforts to digitally transform, whilst collaborating closely with other senior technology leaders to align on Firm technology strategy.
In Partnership with the Sr. Director of Firm Stewardship Digital Transformation, you will define the technology transformation roadmap and co-create the business case. In collaboration with the Finance transformation leader you will translate business requirements into technology roadmaps with execution plans focusing on a series of quick wins and long-term value drops. You'll partner with the risk and compliance technology enablement team to define risk, security, audit, and compliance controls and you'll partner with firm stewardship domain Technology and engineering to establish end-game technical architecture and key platform decisions.
Your Growth
You will work with our Sr. Director of Firm Stewardship Digital Transformation who is responsible for designing and delivering technology capabilities that support the needs of the Firm in three dimensions. Firstly, supporting the critical Functions such as Finance, Economics, Pricing & Arrangements, Tax, Payroll, Benefits, and client engagements life cycle. Secondly, improving the experience and reducing the effort that colleagues and client-facing partners need to expend to interact with those Functions. And thirdly ensuring that we meet the Firm's external compliance needs of the Firm across Finance, Tax, Payroll, and commercial processes.
Initially, you will start by tech-enabling the transformation of client Opportunities into Cash flow; later, the role will evolve into other finance flows as per the direction and priorities set by the Firm's senior leadership.
You will work in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within the tech ecosystem, such as the Chief Data Officer, Head of architecture and engineering, and Cyber Security, and outside of the tech organization, such as Finance, People, Risk, Procurement, Client Capabilities operations leaders, and GenAI leadership, etc., to ensure alignment in tech strategy and financial processes and ensure priorities reflect the firm-wide strategy.
