Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in Network Infrastructure and Network Designing. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning execution and completion of network projects ensuring they align with company goals. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of network infrastructure projects Oversee the design and development of network systems to meet organizational needs Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues that arise Ensure all network designs comply with industry standards and best practices Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to avoid overspending Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential project risks Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders Monitor project timelines and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines Ensure the quality and performance of network systems through rigorous testing Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Must have extensive experience in network infrastructure and network designing Should possess strong project management skills with a proven track record Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should be proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Must have experience in budget management and resource allocation Should be knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices in network design Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Should be capable of providing technical support and guidance to team members Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Should be committed to continuous improvement and professional development Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
