Job Level: Manager

Location: Hybrid.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Marketing Salesforce and Business Analysis & Planning. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.

* Utilize Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data providing insights to support sales and marketing strategies.

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.

* Create and present reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.

* Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

* Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce and other business tools.

* Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

* Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business activities.

* Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for business analysis within the organization.

* Support the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

* Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

* Have extensive experience in Sales and Marketing with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

* Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce including data management reporting and customization.

* Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.

* Show strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

* Have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

* Be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
