    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Field Service Associate to join our Field Service team. This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere within the continental United States. As a Field Service Associate, you will be key in managing customer relations by providing prompt and thorough responses to post-shipment inquiries within our call center. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer communications
    • Develop and nurture customer relationships through email and call center communication
    • Support field service teams by managing CRM workflows
    • Troubleshoot and help resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams
    • Analyze survey responses and present findings to leadership for strategic action
    • Compile weekly and monthly reports for management
    • Offer data-driven insights to support management decisions
    • Liaison between customers and company departments to facilitate smooth resolutions
    • Distribute customer surveys to collect insights on service performance

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent experience required
    • Prefer previous experience in at least two of the following areas
      • Previous PEMB experience (2+ years)
      • Previous experience in Sales (3+years)
      • Previous Customer Service experience(3+years)
    • PEMB experienceis highlydesired
    • PC competent (including Excel, Word, and Access)
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
