We are currently seeking a Delivery Assoc. Director (Insurance exp) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure services are delivered to the client in accordance with the contract
• Remove obstacles to the delivery Teams achieving their SLA's
• Collaborate with the customer to bring business driven innovation and technology to the account
• Manage the financials as it relates to cost on the account
• Collaborate with TPA leadership to drive solutions need for account success
• Hygiene - take care of all required reporting, invoicing, time approval etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in insurance client facing roles
• Minimum 3+ years of experience driving technical innovation and GENAI solutions

Travel: This position requiressomeone who can travel to client for QBR's and other business critical meetings. This is a fully remote role.

Degree:

Bachelor's in business / technology or equivalent work experience
