Job Title: Help Desk Specialist Location: Colorado (Onsite Work) Full-time job with salary and benefits Client: U.S. Space Force (USSF) Certification: Any one of the IAT Level II certifications (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP) Security Clearance: Active Secret Responsibilities: * Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors. * Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
