The Department of Music in the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Minnesota Duluth invites applications for a Teaching Assistant Professor/Instructor of saxophone and clarinet. This is a non-tenure earning, nine-month 100% appointment that will begin August, 18, 2025. Primary responsibilities will be to teach applied saxophone and clarinet lessons to undergraduate music students, and other courses commensurate with background and experience which could include woodwind chamber ensembles, jazz combos, and other music department courses aligned with the candidate's area of expertise.

Required Qualifications: Minimum qualifications for this position at the instructor level include a master's degree, a record of professional performance on saxophone and clarinet and 2 years successful teaching experience of saxophone and clarinet. About the Department
