Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Vice President of Service to lead and expand our service contract, non-contract, and parts markets in the healthcare equipment sector. This pivotal role requires a strong understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging & Biomed healthcare markets and the ability to drive growth while overseeing a team of 150 skilled engineers. As the key liaison for all service needs, the VP of Service will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand service contract, non-contract, and parts markets for Diagnostic Imaging & Ultrasound. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in the service sector. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 150 engineers to deliver exceptional service. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. Look to drive synergies and leverage differentiations between modality segments. Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs and inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Operational Excellence: Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations. Implement best practices and processes to optimize service operations and efficiency. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in the healthcare sector. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service offerings and market positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the degree.15+ years of experience leading a team, preferably in a services position.Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the healthcare equipment market.Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to businessStrong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth and innovation.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.In-depth understanding of the healthcare market and service industry trends.
