The Senior HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically SAP SuccessFactors. This role involves leading HRIS projects, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support to HR staff and employees. Additionally, the Senior HRIS Specialist will manage our Learning Management System (LMS).



  • Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR systems, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and time tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Headquarters and user communities to identify areas for improvement and implement functional solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new HRIS programs, including developing training materials and conducting training sessions. Provide ongoing support and education to employees on HR systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Generate and analyze reports from HR systems to provide insights on employee performance, compensation, and benefits usage.
  • Manage access to all HR systems, ensuring the security of confidential employee information.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure it meets the organization's training and development needs.
  • Identify and resolve issues with HR systems in a timely manner. Collaborate with other HR professionals to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Your Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Related Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management.
  • Experience with configuring and managing SAP SuccessFactors modules is required.
  • Direct experience with HRIS implementation strongly preferred.


Special Competencies or Certifications:



  • Expert level knowledge of all core user desktop applications.
  • Advanced to expert knowledge and skill in business intelligence technologies, such as data integration, data quality, data warehousing, master data management, and data analytics. Ability to analyze data to support decisions and drive process and performance improvements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience with HCM implementations, testing of upgrades, and new applications to test new and existing functionality.
  • Maintains a proactive customer focus, high degree of confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards such as Data Privacy, etc.
  • Certification in HRIS (e.g., PHR, SHRM) is a plus.

Draeger has several sites located across North America as well as field-based sales and service positions. Our North America headquarters is located in Telford, PA just north of Philadelphia. We also have US sites in Andover, MA, and Houston, TX. Our Canada site is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Our US headquarters located north of Philadelphia in Telford, Pennsylvania is our US manufacturing site for our Neonatal product line supplying many global customers as well as production support for Draeger's Safety products. This location also serves as the key site for essential US functions which includes Medical Sales and Service Management, Medical Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality and Finance.
