Summary:

In this role, you will serve as an operational liaison, addressing questions and communicating program impacts to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing operations and quality assurance of aggregation group programs to drive value realization and contract commitment. This role enhances program quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction while promoting internal and external optimization to maximize member and supplier value.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead Supply Chain Leadership Meetings (SCLM), supplier quarterly calls, and Spend Management Deliver (SMD) team meetings.
  • Oversee member/supplier issue resolution, program adjustments, and ad hoc requests.
  • Partner with management to facilitate council and panel meetings for gathering member feedback, best practices, and program direction.
  • Manage MSS SharePoint, ensuring accurate documentation and accessibility of program materials.
  • Develop and monitor program success metrics, including financial incentives, participation, contract utilization, and member engagement.
  • Use data analytics to drive member engagement, monitor compliance requirements, and escalate feedback for solution development.
  • Engage members in monitoring and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate discussions with member teams on program implementation and ongoing support through data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate MSS Conference planning, managing sub-teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers, members, and event teams.
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of business reviews with key suppliers, distributors, and members, actively participating as needed.
  • Serve as an expert on product/service applications within the industry, recommending optimal solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in program management, supply chain, or spend management operations is required.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities to drive decision-making.
  • Experience managing large-scale stakeholder programs.
  • Proven ability to track and optimize program performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience working in healthcare, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and project management software.
  • Knowledge of contracting, compliance, and procurement best practices.
  • Ideally candidate would reside in the Central MidWest.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
